Almost anything is possible to customize from wedding shoes or sneakers to wallets, you name it we can do it. You can use the form on the page “Create your own customs” to indicate what type of shoe you would like. In most cases it’s possible to make a unique pair of customs.

Once a pair of custom shoes is ordered it is NOT possible to return your shoes or to get a refund. Because all shoes are personalized on request (this does not apply to clothing items).

All shoes can be shipped worldwide. The cost for shipping are for the buyer, this also applies to any customs cost at the border. We are based in The Netherlands, so all shoes are shipped from here.

Don’t worry the paint that is used is scratch and water resistant. So the shoes can take a beating, but you will keep the best result if you treat the shoes with love.

You are able to purchase the pre-made designs. We will then order the right shoesize and customize the shoes based on the product you ordered. You can also choose to request a unique design by using the form on the page “Create your own customs”. Here you can be as creative as possible and in most cases everything is possible.

The delivery time depends on the design. Detailed designs often take longer to create so please note that it can take 6-10 weeks to create and ship your order (this is an estimate and may therefore vary).

The prices for a pair of custom made shoes vary by design and shoe size. Please consider the amount of time and craftsmanship that goes into a pair of shoes. You can send a request for a unique design trough the “create your own” page. We will discuss your preferences and you will get a price indication.

For the painted customs we use a high quality leather paint form Angelus Brand. This paint is scratch and water resistant. For customs with designer fabrics we usually use imitation leather of woven fabrics.
